TERMS & CONDITIONS - MUSE LIVE IN JAKARTA TICKETS (EN):

1. Official tickets are only sold through the site museliveinjakarta.com or official ticketing partners appointed by the promoter. The promoter is not responsible for any form of ticket fraud purchased from other parties.

2. Maximum purchase for 1 account is limited to only 5 tickets.

3. In 1 transaction, buyers are allowed to buy several ticket categories at once.

4. For every ticket purchase, buyers MUST enter the data of all participants who will attend the event according to their official identity (KTP/KK/SIM/Passport). Please prepare complete data for all participants before making a purchase. If you buy 5 tickets, 5 participant data are required. PERSONAL DATA AND PHYSICAL IDENTITY registered will be checked when entering the venue for data verification.

5. Make sure the data used in the purchase is valid data and the official identity used must be in physical form, because tickets cannot be changed or modified after the transaction is complete.

6. Buyers aged 5-17 years can use the NIK number listed on the Family Card. Must be accompanied by an adult aged at least 18 years.

7. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to enter the concert area due to safety considerations, noise levels, and lighting effects.

8. Buyers have a maximum of 10 minutes to complete the transaction, including filling in data and payment. If it exceeds this time, the system will automatically cancel the transaction.

9. Proof of successful transaction will be sent via registered email or WhatsApp after payment is successful.

10. Tickets in the form of a QR code will be sent to the registered email/WhatsApp on D-1 before the event.

11. It is prohibited to distribute the QR code to prevent misuse by others. The promoter is not responsible for any negligence committed by the ticket owner, including if there is a forgery of identity and QR code that causes the ticket to fall into the hands of another party and is used as an entry ticket, thereby eliminating the ticket owner's right to enter the concert area.

12. QR code tickets must not be screenshotted and do not need to be printed. Simply show them directly via mobile phone when entering the concert area.

13. Tickets are only valid for 1 entry to the concert area (single entry). Visitors who have left the concert area cannot re-enter, and must purchase a new ticket (if available).

14. Tickets that have been purchased cannot be refunded for any reason, including changes to the schedule and/or program, unless the concert is canceled by the organizer.

15. The organizer has the right to prohibit entry to ticket holders who do not meet the terms and conditions and there will be no refunds for unused tickets due to the prohibition.

16. Ticket holders waive all legal rights to file a police report, file a lawsuit through the courts, and/or any other legal action that is legally valid against the organizer in the event of a concert cancellation caused by: artists, government, a situation that is considered important for the safety of the audience and the event, other things beyond the control of the organizer, and/or force majeure as regulated by law.

17. Ticket holders hereby declare and give their consent to the organizer to receive, use, and process the ticket holder's data (including but not limited to personal data, medical data, pre-existing health conditions, and other personal data and/or information that may be considered sensitive according to applicable laws and regulations). Ticket holders agree that the organizer may share this information with relevant government agencies or third parties legally appointed by the government and/or other third parties related to the organization of the concert.

18. By purchasing a ticket, the buyer gives permission to the organizer to collect, store, and use the personal data provided for the purposes of ticket issuance, event administration, and event-related communications. The organizer is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of personal data in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.

19. Every ticket holder who comes to the concert area is responsible for his/her own personal safety, health, and security. The organizer and all sponsors/bands are not responsible for, including but not limited to, any injury or damage or loss that may occur to the ticket holder during or at the event.

20. The ticket holder grants the promoter, sponsor, and/or band the right to make video recordings and images either in part or in whole of the ticket holder's self-image to be used on any channel/platform either currently or in the future including but not limited to magazines, social media, and TV channels to be broadcast on any media worldwide for the purpose of advertising, publicity and promotion related to the concert or other purposes either commercial or non-commercial without any calculation or payment in any form to the ticket holder.

21. All terms and conditions regarding tickets are the policy of the organizer that cannot be contested.

22. The purchase of this ticket automatically states that the buyer has read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in ticket cancellation or denial of entry to the event location.

Prohibited Items (EN)

• Outside food and beverages, including alcohol.
• All types of glass bottles, tumblers, aluminum, and cans.
• Illegal drugs or prohibited substances.
• All kinds of liquids are not allowed (except makeup, perfume max 30ml, sunblock, eye drops max 15ml, hand sanitizer max 30ml in PLASTIC PACKAGING).
• All forms of vape/pods are not allowed in the concert area. Refill liquids for vape/pods are also prohibited.
• All types of weapons, including self-defense sprays and any sharp objects.
• Fireworks, flares, laser pointers, laser pens, or any devices that produce fire or smoke.
• Electronic devices such as laptops, tablets, and iPads.
• Umbrellas, folding chairs, tents (raincoats are allowed).
• Wallet chains or jewelry/accessories that are sharp or pointy.
• Backpacks, suitcases, gym bags, carriers-any form and size of such bags are not allowed (only HAND BAGS/WAIST BAGS are allowed, max size A4 21x29cm).
• All types and sizes of cameras are not allowed inside the concert area.
• Any kind of drones and remote-controlled devices/toys.
• Medical assistive devices (canes/wheelchairs/folding chairs) MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RECENT DOCTOR'S LETTER DATED FOR THE CONCERT.
• Flammable items or substances such as aerosols, firecrackers, and candles.
• All types of cigarettes are not allowed in the concert area.
• Musical instruments, whistles, any kind of trumpets, or air horns.
• All forms of sticks, political/racial/religious banners, pipes, camera poles, selfie sticks, & go-pro/360 camera sticks.
• All types of animals.
• Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, or any type of motorized vehicle.
